| It's a seemingly common thought that street-art is looked down upon, because it's viewed as a blight to personal surroundings. Leaving this pessimism behind, stickering seeks to give people a positive, alternative view to their everyday environment. Imagine walking the same, boring path every day, and then one day you notice something different and that something makes you smile. Stickering aims to be that something different: A small and friendly distraction interjected into the everyday hectic life, the imagery on these stickers provides that mind-vacation and makes the viewer question their presence. |

to those of you that i sent stickers to  thoughtful+ that i'm still waiting for pix from, please get off yer asses + hurry the eff up!! i know life gets in the way of art more often than not, but please help a brotha out + put up my stickers ASAP!! i take the time to make em + send em out, so please take the time to put up + take pix of em!! -ALSO- i'm looking for a handful of people who are interested, to send me a brief written statement of your experience going stickering with my stickers.. did you like it? did you have fun? where did you go? who did you go with? what did you get from it? would you do it again? were you worried you'd get caught? ETC. ETC. ETC. i want to use quotes from these short answers to use in my Thesis paper & the aforementioned paper is due next week, so please put your thinking-caps on this weekend for me PLEASE!! |
